The equipment comprises a chassis provided with a driving system and an advancing grooved wheel, a vibrator and a mountingbracket are mounted on the chassis, a lifting grooved wheel and an abutting grooved wheel are rotationally mounted on the mounting bracket, a cable connected with the vibrator abuts against the lifting grooved wheel and the abutting grooved wheel, a driving part in transmission connection with the lifting grooved wheel is mounted on the chassis, the driving system drives the whole equipment to intermittently advance through the advancing grooved wheel, the driving system is matched with the driving part to drive the lifting grooved wheel to rotate forwards and backwards so as to lift or inserta vibrating rod at the tail end of a cable into slurry, and the vibrating procedure can be automatically conducted, so the distance between every two adjacent vibrating positions can be accurately controlled. The method comprises the following steps: before the vibrating procedure, the optimal distance between every two adjacent vibrating positions is calculated, and each vibrating position is marked. The vibrating positions are reasonably arranged, so that the vibrating effect is improved.
