Artificial hole forming method after pre-grouting treatment of strong karst foundation
The invention relates to the technical field of manual hole forming of end bearing piles, in particular to a manual hole forming method after pre-grouting treatment of a strong karst foundation. The manual hole forming method comprises the following steps that grouting holes are arranged by taking a pile hole as a center, and the grouting holes are constructed 0.8-1.2 m below a complete bedrock surface of a foundation design depth by adopting a 100-type drilling machine; a high-pressure water jet device is used for carrying out jet striking, crushing and wetting on the grouting holes, and a multi-phase oscillation jet layer penetrating hole technology is used for carrying out pretreatment on the walls of the grouting holes; cement slurry is prepared from, by weight, 40%-50% of cement, 20%-30% of gangue, 1%-3% of cementing materials and 20%-30% of water; the cement slurry prepared by uniformly mixing the above materials can fully solidify a weak soil body or extrude and replace fluid plastic red clay, and can flow into cracks in the strong karst foundation so that the mechanical strength of the weak soil body is improved; and when the cement slurry is solidified in water, the cementslurry is cooled through a water cooling pipe, and internal tensile stress caused by overlarge temperature difference between the center temperature and the surface temperature of the cement slurry is avoided.
本发明涉及端承桩人工成孔技术领域,具体为一种强岩溶地基预注浆处理后人工成孔方法,在以桩孔为中心,布置注浆孔,采用100型钻机将注浆孔施工到基础设计深度完整基岩面下0.8‑1.2m;利用高压水射流装置,对注浆孔进行射流打击、破碎及润湿,利用多相振荡射流穿层孔技术,对注浆孔壁进行预处理,由重量百分比的:水泥40‑50%,矸石20‑30%,胶结料1‑3%,水20‑30%混匀制成的水泥浆液能够充分的固化软弱土体或挤动置换流塑红粘土,以及强岩溶地基内部的裂隙中,提高软弱土体力学强度,水泥浆液遇水凝固时,通过水冷管进行降温,避免水泥浆中心温度和表面温度出现温差过大而产生内部拉应力。
