Expanding grouting pipe suitable for karst foundation pit
The invention provides an expansion body grouting pipe suitable for a karst foundation pit. The expansion body grouting pipe comprises a grouting pipe upper section, an expansion body and a grouting pipe lower section. A valve is arranged on the grouting pipe upper section; a containing cavity is formed in the expansion body, an opening in the upper end of the containing cavity is communicated with the upper section of the grouting pipe, and an opening in the lower end of the containing cavity is communicated with the lower section of the grouting pipe; the volume of the accommodating cavity can be adjusted and changed; a pressurizing ring is arranged on the peripheral side of the expansion body and communicated with a pressurizing device, and pressurizing fluid is filled in the pressurizing ring. According to the invention, the cavity expansion body is matched with the pressurizing ring and the pressurizing device, so that slurry can be uniformly distributed, and waste of the slurry is reduced; by arranging the valve, the flow of slurry can be accurately controlled, the cost and the resource loss are reduced, excessive pressure and related risks are reduced through the controllable flow, and a safer construction environment is provided; in addition, through cooperation of the expansion body, the pressurizing ring, the pressurizing device and the valve, grouting work can be completed more quickly, and time and resources are saved.
