After the device is folded, all components are folded into themain supporting frames, so that space waste is greatly reduced; and meanwhile due to the fact that the size is small after the device is folded, maneuvering transportation can be carried out along with a vehicle; the device is easy to control, and unfolding and folding of all plates can be completed without manual work; according to the device, the double-sided over-constrained shear fork mechanisms are arranged between stand columns at the two ends, so that the overall rigidity of a system is greatly improved; according to the device, by increasing the number of unfolding stages, an ultra-large unfolding space is obtained, and the problem that the unfolding ratio of an existing foldable house is too small is solved; and besides, replaceable sealing rubber strips are arranged at the joints of all components of the device so that complete sealing of the space after unfolding can be achieved, and the sealing problem of the existing foldable house is solved.
