The invention discloses a large-span double-slope roof prestressed reinforcement tendon pull beam construction method. Anchorage tensioning is not used, and the construction operation is convenient; and in the prestressed reinforcement tendon tensioning process, stress measurement adopts a DH3819 wireless static testing system, testing data are visualized, and the prestress is accurately built.
本发明公开了一种大跨度双坡式屋面预应力钢筋束拉梁施工方法,包括如下步骤:预应力钢筋下料→预应力钢筋束锚固段钢筋安装→钢筋铺设→张拉→预应力钢筋束张拉及应力监测→吊柱筋安装→预应力钢筋束外包环氧波纹布→混凝土浇筑及养护。本发明的大跨度双坡式屋面结构设计采取折梁与拉梁的组合结构,配置预应力钢筋束的拉梁抵抗折梁的水平推力,经济合理。下弦拉梁预应力钢筋束锚固段混凝土同屋面折梁混凝土一起浇筑,待拉梁预应力钢筋束张拉完成后,拉梁段外包混凝土及吊柱混凝土再行浇筑。本发明不使用锚具张拉,施工操作方便;预应力钢筋束张拉过程应力监测采用DH3819无线静态测试系统,试验数据直观,预应力建立准确。
