Prestressed tendon pull-back device
The invention provides a prestressed tendon pull-back device which comprises a cable force increment accurate measuring device which is installed on a prestressed tendon and used for monitoring whether the cable force of the prestressed tendon at the position where the cable force increment accurate measuring device is located is increased or not; the prestressed tendon fixing and pulling-back device is installed on the prestressed tendon, the prestressed tendon fixing and pulling-back device and the cable force increment accurate measuring device are arranged at intervals, the prestressed tendon fixing and pulling-back device comprises two fixing devices, at least two lead screws and a crank, the two fixing devices are arranged at intervals and detachably clamped on the prestressed tendon, the two fixing devices are connected through the lead screws, all the lead screws are arranged in parallel at intervals, and the crank is connected with the cable force increment accurate measuring device. One end of each lead screw is rotationally connected to the same fixing device, the other end of each lead screw penetrates through the other fixing device in a threaded mode, a crank is arranged at the other end of one lead screw, and all the lead screws rotate synchronously; the fiber bragg grating is arranged on each screw rod and is used for measuring the stress borne by each screw rod; and the receiving and transmitting device is connected with each fiber bragg grating. The device can be used for aloft work, and is convenient to use and accurate in measurement.
本发明提供一种预应力筋回拉装置,包括,索力增量精准测量装置,安装在预应力筋上,用于监测其所在处的预应力筋的索力是否发生增量;预应力筋固定回拉装置,安装在预应力筋上,并与索力增量精准测量装置间隔设置,其包括两固定装置、至少两丝杆和摇把,两固定装置间隔设置,且均可拆卸夹持在预应力筋上,两固定装置通过丝杆相连,所有的丝杆平行且间隔设置,每一丝杆的一端均转动连接在同一固定装置上,另一端螺纹穿设另一固定装置,并且其中的一个丝杆在该另一端设置有摇把,所有的丝杆同步转动;光纤光栅,设置在每一丝杆上,用于测量每一丝杆受到的应力;接受传输装置,与每一光纤光栅连接。该装置能够在高空作业,且使用便捷、测量准确。
