Nanometer electric heating film, preparation method thereof, and building electric heating building floor provided with nanometer electric heating film
The invention discloses a nanometer electric heating film, which comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of stannic chloride pentahydrate, 0.5-1 part of antimony trichloride,0.01-0.5 part of boracic acid, 1-5 parts of glycerine, 0.2-0.5 part of lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate, 0.1-0.2 part of cerous nitrate hexahydrate and 18-60 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the above nanometer electric heating film, and a building electric heating building floor provided with the nanometer electric heating film. The building flooris laid with a floor layer, wherein electric heating layer modules are laid between the floor layer and the building floor, and each electric heating layer module comprises an electric heating layer;the electric heating layer comprises glass ceramics provided with the nanometer electric heating film; the electric heating layer is tightly clamped between an upper heat conduction insulating layerand a lower heat conduction insulating layer; two sides of the nanometer electric heating film are independently coated with electric conduction silver paste; the electric conduction silver paste is provided with an electric conduction sheet, wherein the electric conduction sheet is connected with a guide line, and the guide line is connected with a power supply; and the plurality of electric heating layer modules are connected. A heating device containing the nanometer electric heating film has a simple structure, low energy consumption and a low production cost and is safe. When the heatingdevice is used as the electric heating system of the building floor, a small space is occupied, energy consumption is low, and temperature is extremely quickly raised.
