The invention discloses a floor electric heating module and an electric heating floor, the floor electric heating module comprises a panel, a base material and a bottom plate, the base material is integrally connected with at least one connecting plug, and the base material is further provided with at least one connecting plug groove in one-to-one correspondence with the connecting plug; two circular mounting grooves are further formed in the base material, two heating assemblies are further arranged in the base material, each heating assembly comprises two heating units, and the two heating units in the same group are electrically connected through a heating part; and at least one expansion body is embedded on the base material. A quick connecting piece is used for being connected with the floor electric heating module and comprises a second insulation supporting body, the second insulation supporting body is matched with the circular installation groove, the second insulation supporting body is fixedly connected with two conductive pieces, and when the second insulation supporting body is inserted into the circular installation groove, the conductive pieces are connected with the second insulation supporting body. And the two conductive pieces are electrically connected with the two heating pieces respectively. The invention aims to overcome the defects that an existing electric heating floor is difficult to install and large in construction amount.
