Floor containing precoated UV wood veneer/bamboo veneer paster and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field related to a floor surface coating process, in particular to a floor containing a precoated UV wood veneer/bamboo veneer paster and a preparation method thereof. The floor containing the precoated UV wood veneer/bamboo veneer paster is provided in the invention and sequentially comprises a floor base material, a first adhesive layer and a wood veneer/bamboo veneer layer containing a precoated UV paint layer from bottom to top. The wood veneer/bamboo veneer layer containing the precoated UV paint layer sequentially comprises a wood veneer/bamboo veneer layer, a second adhesive layer and the UV paint layer from bottom to top. According to the floor containing the precoated UV wood veneer/bamboo veneer paster and the preparation method thereof, thewood veneer/bamboo veneer layer containing the pre-coated UV paint layer is prepared first and then attached to the floor base material, so that the coating amount of the second adhesive layer can beeffectively reduced, the use amount of 50-80 g/m2 is enough, and the formed floor materials have good adhesive force therebetween. Through gluing of the first adhesive layer and the base material andthe combined action of the second adhesive layer and hydrophobic non-woven fabric, the wear resistance of the floor materials and the yield are improved, and meanwhile, the problem of glue leakage possibly occurring in the preparation process is avoided.
本发明涉及地板表面涂装工艺相关的技术领域，更具体地，本发明提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板及其制备方法。本发明第一方面提供一种含有预涂UV木皮/竹皮贴的地板，由下至上依次包括地板基材、第一胶层、含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层；其中，含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层从下至上依次包括木皮/竹皮层、第二胶层、UV油漆涂层。本发明采用先制备含有预涂UV漆层的木皮/竹皮层，再与地板基材进行贴合的方式，也可以有效减少第二胶层的涂布量，使用50～80g/m即可，形成的地板材料彼此之间具有较好的粘合力，通过第一胶层与基材进行胶合，第二胶层以及疏水型的无纺布共同作用，提高地板材料的耐磨性能、提高成品率，同时避免制备过程中容易出现的渗胶问题。
