The invention discloses a foaming wood veneer which comprises a foaming base layer, solid wood layers are connected to the two sides of the foaming base layer respectively, the solid wood layer on one side is sequentially connected with a flame-retardant layer, a pattern layer and a wear-resistant layer outwards, and the solid wood layer on the other side is sequentially connected with a bamboo charcoal layer and a waterproof layer outwards. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of favorable flame retardancy and water resistance, can effectively adsorb the peculiar smell of the foaming base layer, and provides favorable structural stability.
