Non-damage SMA self-resetting steel frame joint
The invention discloses a non-damage SMA self-resetting steel frame joint. The joint mainly comprises a steel column, a steel beam, a shear plate, a steel angle and an SMA buckling restrained damper.Compared with a joint adopted in a traditional steel structure, the rotating capacity of the joint depends on the deformability of an SMA core rod instead of the deformability of rolled steel. However, compared with the rolled steel, the SMA has the better deformability, and therefore the joint has the better ductility. Self-resetting of the joint is achieved by means of the superelasticity of theSMA material. When an earthquake happens and the joint rotates, the bending moment generated by earthquake loads are jointly borne by the shear plate and the SMA buckling restrained damper. The phenomenon that the bending moment generated by earthquake loads is borne by the beam column is avoided, and important components are not damaged. Compared with a traditional joint, losses caused by earthquakes are reduced.
本发明公开了一种无损伤SMA自复位钢框架节点,主要包括钢柱、钢梁、剪力板、角钢和SMA屈曲约束阻尼器;本发明与传统钢结构中使用的节点相比,节点的转动能力取决于SMA芯棒的变形能力而不是钢材的变形能力。而与钢材相比,SMA具有更好的变形能力,所以该节点具有更好的延性。本发明利用SMA材料本身具有的超弹性实现节点的自复位。当地震来临,节点发生转动时,地震荷载产生的弯矩由SMA屈曲约束阻尼器和剪力板共同承担。防止地震荷载产生的弯矩由梁柱本身来承载,实现重要构件的无损伤。与传统节点相比,减小了地震所造成的损失。
