The invention discloses a grout supply pump for grouting construction. The grout supply pump comprises a grout supply structure and a cleaning structure mounted on the grout supply structure. By meansof the grout supply pump, the grout supply structure is used as a grout supply mechanism of the grout supply pump, one end of a grout absorption pipe communicates with a bin, a grout absorption valveon the grout absorption pipe is started, grout enters the bin through the grout absorption pipe, a conveying screw in the bin conveys the grout to a connecting pipe, so that the grout enters a groutsupply cylinder, a drive cylinder drives pistons of the grout supply cylinder to move, the grout is pressed to a grouting opening to be output to a grouting pipe, and then grout output is controlled through a grouting valve. The cleaning structure is used as a cleaning mechanism of the pump, a high-pressure spray head on a water guide pipe communicates with a corresponding port of the connecting pipe, the end of the water guide pipe communicates with a water injection pipe, the free end of the water injection pipe can stretch into or be fixedly connected to the corresponding water source, thequantity of water entering the water guide pipe is controlled through a water drawing valve, water enters a pressurization bin through the water guide pipe, a pressurization pump is used for pressurization, water is sprayed into the pump body through the high-pressure spray head, and the pump body can be cleaned rapidly.
