The invention discloses a roller dryer. The roller dryer comprises a shell body and a door sheet component, wherein a pressure barrel is fixedly arranged inside the shell body; a sealing cavity is formed by the door sheet component, the shell body and the pressure barrel in a surrounding manner; a roller is arranged in the pressure barrel; a driving device is arranged at the lower end part of thepressure barrel and comprises a fixed shell which has openings at the upper end and the lower end; a driving motor is arranged on the fixed shell; a driving wheel is arranged at one end of the drivingmotor; an elastic frame is arranged in the fixed shell; a tensioning wheel is clamped at one end of the elastic frame and is connected to the driving wheel through a driving belt; and the driving belt protrudes from the fixed shell and is wound on the outside part of the roller. The close-fitting driving device is arranged on the outer side of the pressure barrel, the driving motor is placed outside the fixed shell, the driving wheel is placed in the fixed shell and is used for driving the driving belt to rotate, thus, the driving motor is effectively prevented from being eroded by seam and liquid in the roller, and further the service life is prolonged.
