Disclosed is a cable-stayed bridge cable installation lifting device. A left cable-stayed beam is welded to the left ends of an upper truss cross beam and a lower truss bearing cross beam; an upper truss right cable-stayed beam is welded at the right ends of the upper truss cross beam and the lower truss bearing cross beam; a first small door frame device and a second small door frame device are installed and fixed at the left end and the right end of the lower truss bearing cross beam correspondingly; the lower truss bearing cross beam is fixedly arranged at the top end of an upright post supporting device, and the lower end of the upright post supporting device is arranged on a tower body; a first hoisting steel wire rope arranged on a first crane on the lower truss bearing cross beam sleeves a first hoisting fixed pulley and a first hook pulley after passing through a first deflecting pulley, and then one end of the first hoisting steel wire rope is fixedly connected on the first hook pulley; a hoisting steel wire rope on a second crane sleeves a second hoisting fixed pulley and a second hook pulley after passing through a second deflecting pulley, and one end of the second hoisting steel wire rope is connected and fixed on the second hook pulley; and therefore the cable-stayed bridge cable installation lifting device is formed.
