The invention discloses a method for preparing an aluminoferrite cement clinker from Bayer red mud. Bayer red mud, desulfurized gypsum, limestone and bauxite are used as raw materials; the raw materials are mixed to obtain a raw material system, wherein in the mixing step, the mass ratio of CaO in the clinker system is 40%-50%, the mass ratio of SiO2 is 5%-15%, the mass ratio of Al2O3 is 19%-25%,the mass ratio of Fe2O3 is 8%-16%, the basicity factor in the calcined raw material is 0.9-1.0, the aluminum-sulfur ratio is less than or equal to 3.82, and the silicon-aluminum ratio is 1.0-2.0; theprepared raw material system is uniformly mixed and sprayed into a rotary kiln for calcining to obtain the aluminoferrite cement clinker. Therefore, the method provided by the invention not only realizes reutilization of solid wastes, but also can reduce the economic cost of producing the aluminoferrite cement, and has remarkable environmental benefits and economic benefits.
本发明公开了一种利用拜耳法赤泥制备铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的方法。将拜耳法赤泥、脱硫石膏、石灰石、铝土矿作为原料,然后混合得生料体系,所述的混合是按照使得熟料体系中的CaO的质量占比40%~50%、SiO的质量比占5%~15%、AlO的质量比占19%~25%、FeO质量比占8~16%,且煅烧生料中的碱度系数为0.9‑1.0、铝硫比≤3.82、硅铝比为1.0‑2.0来混合,配好的生料体系混匀后喷入回转窑里煅烧,即可得到铁铝酸盐水泥熟料。因此本发明不仅实现了固体废物的再次利用,且能够降低生产铁铝酸盐水泥的经济成本,具有显著的环境效益和经济效益。
