The invention discloses an application method of caprolactam in a cement grinding aid. According to the invention, a caprolactam raw material, a polyglycerol raw material and water are prepared according to a certain ratio to form a cement grinding aid, and the cement grinding aid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-50% of the caprolactam raw material, 5-50% of the polyglycerol raw material and 0-50% of the water. Tests prove that when the caprolactam raw material and the polyglycerol raw material are used as the grinding aid, grinding aid effect is good, yield increasing amplitude is large, cement flowability is improved, particularly, the later strength is obviously increased, and the grinding aid is superior to existing triethanolamine grinding aids; the cementgrinding aid has the advantages that the cement ground by utilizing the cement grinding aid can adapt to different cement grinding aid users in aspects of cement setting time, cement mortar fluidityand cement standard consistency water demand, and has important significance in improving the durability of buildings, namely prolonging the service lifetime of the buildings.
本发明公开了一种己内酰胺在水泥助磨剂中的应用方法。本发明中,将已内酰胺原料、聚甘油原料、水按一定比例配制组成水泥助磨剂,三者的重量百分含量为:已内酰胺原料5‑50%,聚甘油原料5‑50%,水0‑50%。试验证实,将已内酰胺原料、聚甘油原料用作为助磨剂,具有助磨效果好,提产幅度大,水泥流动性改善的特点,尤其是后期强度增幅明显,优于现有的三乙醇胺类助磨剂,同时采用本发明水泥助磨剂粉磨的水泥在水泥的凝结时间、水泥砂浆的流动度、水泥的标准稠度需水量,能够适应不同的水泥助磨剂用户,也对提高建筑物的耐久性即寿命具有重要意义。
