Mixed basalt fiber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to mixed basalt fiber concrete and a preparation method thereof. The mixed basalt fiber concrete is prepared by mixing cement, a mineral admixture, sand, broken stone, chopped basalt fibers, bundled basalt fibers, a water reducing agent and water according to a certain proportion. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 220 to 280 parts of cement, 130 to 230 parts of the mineral admixture, 635 to 705 parts of sand, 1055 to 1125 parts of broken stone, 1 to 3 parts of chopped basalt fibers, 2 to 8 parts of bundled basalt fibers, 4.3 to 6.4 parts of the water reducing agent and 140 to 160 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding all the raw materials into a concrete mixer, stirring for several minutes, taking out of the mixer, and loading into a certain test mold. According to the mixed basalt fiber concrete, the crack resistance and the frost resistance of a concrete structure are effectively improved, the preparation method is simple, the applicability is good, and the mixed basalt fiber concrete has a good application prospect.
