Beam structure with elastic rotation constraint and vertical elastic support
The invention discloses a beam structure with an elastic rotation constraint and vertical elastic support. The structure comprises two elastic supporting mechanisms which are distributed in a bilateral symmetry mode, a first loading supporting mechanism is installed at the top of one elastic supporting mechanism, a second loading supporting mechanism is installed at the top of the other elastic supporting mechanism, and a connecting beam plate is horizontally installed between the top of the first loading supporting mechanism and the top of the second loading supporting mechanism. The structure is suitable for simulating elastic constraint supporting boundary conditions at a support in a real bridge, equivalent balance weight is carried out at an outer end of a beam cantilever, and an equivalent state of any span deformation of a multi-span continuous beam is achieved. The spring supporting system is installed below the simple support and used for simulating vertical flexible deformation of a real bridge pier and existing in manufacturing, the influence of an elastic mechanical boundary is considered through a scientific and reasonable structural design, accuracy of static and dynamic tests of a bridge structure is improved, adaptability of a test model is higher, and a good practical and promotional value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种带弹性转动约束与竖向弹性支承的梁结构,包括左右对称分布的两个弹性支撑机构,其中一个弹性支撑机构顶部安装有第一加载支撑机构,另一个弹性支撑机构顶部安装有第二加载支撑机构,第一加载支撑机构和第二加载支撑机构顶部之间水平安装有连接梁板。本发明适用于模拟真实桥梁中支座处的弹性约束支承边界条件,在梁悬臂外端进行等效配重,实现与多跨连续梁任意跨变形等效状态。在简支支座下安装弹簧支承系统,用于模拟真实桥梁桥墩与制作存在的竖向挠性变形,通过科学合理的结构设计,考虑了弹性力学边界影响,提高了桥梁结构的静、动力试验的准确性,且试验模型适配性更强,具有良好的实用与推广价值。
