The invention discloses a rock anchor anchorage composed of prestress group anchors and a surrounding rock and a construction method thereof. The rock anchor anchorage comprises an anchor cable surrounding rock and reinforced concrete anchor piers cast in place on a slope excavation platform of the anchor cable surrounding rock. An oblique prestress anchor cable group and a vertical prestress anchor cable group are arranged between the reinforced concrete anchor piers and the anchor cable surrounding rock. Anchoring steel bars are arranged in the reinforced concrete anchorage piers, ends of the anchoring steel bars are connected with steel structure force transmission beams located at front ends of the reinforced concrete anchorage piers, and a main cable tension acts on the rock anchoragethrough the steel structure force transmission beams. In the invention, the tension of the main cable is converted into rock mass pressure and a shearing force through the pre-compression stress state of the anchorage so that a mountain body is driven to provide strong pulling resistance through characteristics of high compressive strength and high shear strength of a rock body; the rock anchor anchorage structure is high in bearing capacity, high in safety, small in rock-soil body excavation amount and low in construction cost; and a brand-new anchorage structure mode is provided for a bridge and civil engineering construction cable hoisting system, and good economic and environment-friendly benefits are achieved.
