High-safety bridge mounting and dismounting construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a high-safety bridge mounting and dismounting construction method. The method comprises the following steps: erectinga stable bracket on a lower side of a bridge section of a concrete bridge to be dismantled; fixing an anti-collision wall of the bridge section of the concrete bridge to be dismantled to a bridge deck through a chain hoist, and then cutting the anti-collision wall; after the anti-collision wall is cut, drilling at least four hoisting holes in each beam plate needing to be dismounted, and making the anti-collision wall be fixedly connected with a bridge girder erection machine through a traction steel rope so that the whole beam plate is in a hoisting state, and then carrying out cutting operation; correspondingly connecting a lifting hook of lifting equipment with a steel structure bridge assembly, and lifting the steel structure bridge assembly to the safety support through the lifting equipment; and installing and building the steel structure bridge assembly, and completing building of a new bridge section. The high-safety bridge mounting and dismounting construction method has advantages that the safety in bridge mounting and dismounting construction is greatly improved, procedures are rigorous and orderly, and construction safety of workers can be well guaranteed.
