Integral sliding dismounting and mounting method for superstructure of overpass bridge
The invention discloses an integral sliding dismounting and mounting method for an overpass bridge superstructure, and belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering. The method comprises the steps that a, a to-be-disassembled bridge is integrally lifted and separated from a bridge support through a translation system and a lifting and lowering system; b, the to-be-disassembled bridge is made to move towards the disassembling and assembling platform through a translation system, a lifting and lowering system and a sliding system; c, dismantling the beam body on the dismantling and assembling platform to complete dismantling of the old bridge; d, assembling a new beam upper structure and placing the new beam upper structure at a preset position of the sliding system; e, the to-be-installed new beam is made to move towards the to-be-installed bridge span direction through the translation system, the lifting and lowering system and the sliding system; and f, when reaching the preset position, synchronously lowering the falling beam to complete the whole installation of the new bridge overpass bridge. The integral old bridge dismantling and new bridge installing can be completed at the same time, the dismantling and assembling platform is arranged on the site within the range of the existing bridge red lines on the two sides of the overpass bridge, and the influence on the surrounding traffic and social environment is reduced.
