Prefabricated box girder flange template
The invention discloses a prefabricated box girder flange template. The template comprises a template body. A plurality of receding grooves for flange steel bars to penetrate through are arranged in the template body at intervals. Each flange steel bar comprises an arc-shaped end part and extension parts connected with the two ends of the arc-shaped end part respectively; and each receding groovecomprises a sealing part and two receding parts, the two receding parts are located at the two ends of the sealing part and are connected with the sealing part, the arc-shaped end part of each flangesteel bar penetrates through the sealing part so that the two receding parts can be arranged on the two extension parts in a sleeving mode, and the template body, the sealing part and the extension parts form a sealing structure so as to prevent concrete from flowing out. Compared with a wooden flange template, the prefabricated box girder flange template of the structure is capable of being repeatedly used, saving cost and being more environmentally friendly. Compared with a steel flange template, the flange template is good in sealing performance, convenient to install and simple in structure.
