Connecting method of prefabricated box girder and transition layer and prefabricated box girder structure
The invention relates to a method for connecting a prefabricated box girder and a transition layer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) binding box girder main body steel bars; (2) after binding of the box girder main body reinforcing steel bars is completed, arranging a plurality of hook reinforcing steel bars at the tops of the box girder main body reinforcing steel bars, and the tops of the hook reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the box girder top plate and extend into the transition layer; and (3) installing a formwork, pouring concrete, and after pouring is completed and initial setting is conducted, roughening the mortar building surface so as to increase the friction force between the mortar building surface and the transition layer. According to the method, galling treatment is conducted on the surface of the box girder top plate, meanwhile, the hook steel bars are arranged at the tops of the box girder body steel bars, the tops of the hook steel bars penetrate through the box girder top plate and penetrate into the transition layer, the friction force between the box girder top plate and the transition layer is increased, the shear strength of the transition layer is enhanced, and the requirement that heavy-duty vehicles run on the surface layer of the transition layer can be met. The use durability of the pavement structure layer is improved. In addition, the invention further provides a prefabricated box girder structure.
