The invention discloses a rotatable anti-collision height limiting device. The device comprises a fixed shell and a stopping device located in the fixed shell. The stopping device comprises a stoppingroadblock lifting groove with an upward opening; two rotating cavities which are symmetrically arranged left and right relative to the stopping roadblock lifting groove are arranged in the fixed shell; and a first rotating shaft which extends left and right and penetrates through the stopping roadblock lifting groove is rotatably connected between the two rotating cavities. The device is simple in structure, a height limiting rod can be adjusted to a certain height according to artificial requirements; when the height of the vehicle just reaches the height of the height limiting rod, a traffic control roadblock rises and reminds a driver so that the vehicle can be prevented from forcibly passing; and meanwhile, when the vehicle is too high, the driver does not pay attention and the vehicle forcibly passes, an upper supporting rod and a lower supporting rod rotate at the same time, the device is prevented from being damaged, a lifting stopping roadblock is lifted at the same time, thevehicle is prevented from continuing to advance, and at the moment, a balancing device in the device can keep the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod collapsed.
