Landfill concrete dam body construction process
The invention discloses a landfill concrete dam body construction process. The construction process comprises the following steps: site selection and onsite inspection are conducted based on needs ofa landfill; a structure diagram of a dam body of the landfill is drawn based on inspection conditions; a deformation joint is arranged on the dam body every 15-20 m; pay-off is conducted, a dam body base layer is excavated in a stepped type mode and formworks are prepared at the same time; a subcrust is cast on the excavated dam body base layer; and a plurality of construction areas are divided onthe dam body subcrust along the length direction of the dam body and along the preset positions of the deformation joints in the vertical direction, the formworks are installed layer by layer from bottom to top in a deep-to-shallow and low-to-high manner, rubble concrete is cast in a casting system of each layer of the formworks after installation of the layer of the formworks, one level of the dam body is formed, an upper layer of the formworks is installed until the level of the dam body reaches the designed strength requirement, and the process is repeated until casting of a top layer of the dam body is completed. According to the landfill concrete dam body construction process, the process construction cycle is shortened and the production cost is low.
本发明公开了一种垃圾填埋场混凝土坝体的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:根据填埋场需求选址并现场勘验;根据勘验情况绘制垃圾填埋场的坝体结构图;在坝体上,每隔15~20m设置一变形缝;放线并阶梯式开挖出坝体基层,同时,制备模板;在所开挖的坝体基层上浇筑垫层;沿坝体长度方向、纵向沿变形缝预设位置在坝体垫层上划分多个施工区域,并按照由深到浅,由低到高的方式开始由下至上逐层安装模板,在每一层模板安装完成后,向该层模板浇筑体系内浇筑片石混凝土,形成其中一阶坝体,直至该阶层坝体达到设计强度要求后,安装上一层模板,以此类推,直至完成顶层坝体的浇筑。本发明得到的垃圾填埋场混凝土坝体的施工工艺施工周期短,制作成本低。
