Construction method of PE water meter chambers
The invention provides a construction method of PE water meter chambers. The construction method comprises the steps: (1) pits are excavated, specifically, plastic water meter chambers of different specifications and models are selected according to actual needs; (2) holes are formed in the chamber wall, specifically, the heights of hole forming points and hole forming number are decided accordingto the external diameters and number of water outlet pipes; (3) backfilling is conducted, specifically, tamped backfilling is conducted layer by layer to chamber necks; (4) water meters are mounted,specifically, the water meters are placed into inner cavities of the water meter chambers and connected with water pipes; and (5) covering of chamber covers is conducted, specifically, the ground surface load-bearing chamber cover supports are mounted on backfilled lime soil, at the heights of the chamber necks, in the pits, and ground surface load-bearing chamber covers are poured with concrete on the ground surface load-bearing chamber cover supports. The water meter chambers in the pits are subjected to integrated injection molding, bottom leakage of chamber bodies is effectively prevented,later work of overhauling and meter reading is convenient, through the dual cover body design of plastic chamber covers and the ground surface load-bearing chamber covers at the tops of the chamber bodies, top leakage of the chamber bodies is prevented, and meanwhile through the additionally-arranged load-bearing chamber covers, water meter chamber covers are prevented from being rolled and damaged repeatedly by passing vehicles.
一种PE水表井施工方法,其施工步骤为:(1)开挖坑体:根据实际需要选择不同规格型号的塑料水表井;(2)井壁开孔:井壁开孔是根据出水管外径、数量决定开孔点的高度和开孔数量;(3)回填:一层一层夯实回填至井脖处;(4)安装水表:将水表放到水表井内腔并通水管连接在一起;(5)盖井盖:在坑体内井脖高度的回填灰土上安装地表承重井盖支撑,在地表承重井盖支撑上用混凝土浇注地表承重井盖。本发明的坑体内的水表井一体注塑成型,有效防止井体底部渗漏,便于以后的检修、抄表工作,井体顶部通过塑料井盖和地表承重井盖双重盖体设计,不仅防止井体顶部渗漏,同时加设的承重井盖,避免水表井盖被路过的车辆反复碾压损害。
