The concrete anti-crack wall comprises a wall body and side plates on two sides of the wall body, and is characterized in that a reinforcing cage is fixedly arranged in the wall body, and a plurality of reinforcing plates are fixedly arranged on the front and rear sides of the reinforcing cage in a staggered manner; each side plate comprises a plurality of wall plates, and each wall plate comprises steel bars, a steel mesh and anti-crack cloth; the steel wire mesh is fixedly connected between two adjacent steel bars, and the front and rear sides of the steel wire mesh are coated with first anti-crack mortar layers; the anti-crack cloth is fixedly arranged on the opposite sides of the first anti-crack mortar layers, and the opposite sides of the anti-crack cloth are coated with second anti-crack mortar layers. The construction method of the concrete anti-crack wall comprises the steps as follows: step1, manufacturing the wall plates; step 2, manufacturing the reinforcing cage; and step 3, manufacturing the wall body. Strength of the wall body is enhanced conveniently, the anti-crack effect is good, the wall plates are convenient to splice and fix, and the anti-seepage effect of the wall body is good.
