According to the invention, the mixed aggregate, the cement, the water, the admixture solution and the admixture mixed material are used as raw materials to prepare the waterproof concrete for pouring the concrete wall body, so that the constructed building wall body has good structural water tightness and is prevented from being leaked by rainwater; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, forming a concrete structure, so as to reduce the influence of structure expansion on the wall, then preventing water evaporation of the building wall through triple maintenance procedures of a wall blank, so as to reduce drying shrinkage of the concrete structure, and finally, constructing a thermal insulation layer on the concrete wall after pouring forming, so that the temperature deformation of the building wall is reduced, and the service life of the building wall is prolonged. And therefore, the generation of construction cracks is effectively controlled, and the overall quality of the concrete building wall is ensured.
