The skylight structure of the green building comprises a roof plate and two mounting grooves formed in the roof plate, a mounting beamis connected between the two mounting grooves, the thickness of the mounting beam is the same as the thickness of the roof plate, a first containing groove is formed in the side wall of one side, away from the mounting beam, of the mounting groove, the first containing groove is located in the top of the roof plate, a skylight is slidably connected into the first containing groove, a second containing groove is formed in the side wall of the mounting groove and located in one side, close to the indoor space, of the first containing groove, an insect-proof net is slidably connected into the second containing groove, a driving assembly used for driving the skylight to move in a reciprocating mode is connected between the mounting beam and the skylight, and a linkage assembly is arranged between the skylight and the insect-proof net. The skylight structure of a green building has the effects that the skylight can be opened and closed as required, and winged insects and sundries can be prevented from entering a room when the skylight is opened.
