The skylight structure comprises a container building top plate, a reinforcing edge protection plate is inserted into the surface of the container building top plate, a carrying plate is arranged on the upper portion of the container building top plate, a mounting frame is arranged on the bottom face of the carrying plate, the outerside of the mounting frame is sleeved with a sleeve plate, the surface of the sleeve plate is in threaded connection with a fixing screw rod, sealing rubber pads are arranged on the surfaces of the sleeve plate and the carrying plate correspondingly, and fixing frames are arranged on the inner ring surface of the mounting frame. The invention further discloses the skylight structure of the greenbuilding and the construction method of the skylight structure, the construction method comprises the following steps of reserved opening treatment, skylight frame installation, plugging part installation, driving part installation and covering part installation. The skylight structure of the green building has the beneficial effects that the mounting frame is fixed to the container building top plate through the carrying plate and the sleeve plate, then the window frame is installed in the mounting frame and controlled by an electric telescopic rod to be opened and closed, and therefore the skylight can be installed easily and quickly and can be prefabricated in a factory.
