The invention discloses an outer wall non-water-stop screw hole plugging construction process. The process comprises the following steps that S1, a plugging device is manufactured; S2, a screw hole istreated; S3, the plugging device is arranged; S4, the screw hole is filled with foam; S5, inspection is conducted; and S6, redundant filler is cleaned away. The plugging device involves a wall and aplugging structure, and the plugging structure comprises a screw, a mounting sleeve, outer water stop sleeves and a water stop cover, wherein the mounting sleeve is arranged in the middle of the screwin a threaded mode, the outer water stop sleeves are arranged on the two sides of the screw in a threaded mode, the water stop cover is arranged at one end of the interior of the screw in a threadedmode, a through hole is formed in the wall, and the plugging structure is arranged in the through hole in the wall. According to the process, the working efficiency can be improved, and the anti-water-leakage problem of the non-water-stop screw hole in the outer wall is well solved from the aspects of materials and construction process; and the construction process has the beneficial effects thatplugging is simple, less manpower is adopted, the use amount of traditional plugging materials is reduced, the cost is saved, and the mounting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种外墙非止水螺杆洞封堵施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、制作封堵装置,S2、螺杆洞处理,S3、安装封堵装置,S4、螺杆洞填泡沫,S5、检查,S6、清理多余填充物,封堵装置包括墙体和封堵结构,且封堵结构包括螺杆、安装套、外止水套和止水盖,螺杆的中部螺纹安装有安装套,且螺杆的两侧均螺纹安装有外止水套,且螺杆的内部一端螺纹安装有止水盖,墙体上开设有通孔,且墙体的通孔中安装有封堵结构。本发明能够提高工作效率,从材料及施工工艺上入手,很好的解决了外墙非止水螺杆洞防水渗漏问题,此工法封堵简单,人工采用较少,节约传统封堵材料的使用量,进而节省成本提高安装效率。
