The invention provides a guiding device and belongs to the technical field of moving door auxiliary equipment. The guiding device comprises a guiding seat. A baffle plate and a mounting seat are arranged on the guiding seat, a first roller is arranged on the mounting seat, a groove is formed in the mounting seat, and an extrusion part capable of extruding the inner wall of the groove to enable theedge of the mounting seat to be close to the baffle plate is arranged on the groove. The guiding device can clamp moving doors of different thicknesses stably by adjusting the distance between the mounting seat and the baffle plate, improves the adaptability, and not only prevents swing of the moving door in a moving process, but also is labor-saving.
