The anti-seismic civil air defense door comprises a civil air defense door body which is rotatably connected onto a wall body through arotary part, wherein a door frame which is matched with the civil air defense door body for use is arranged on the wall body; first buffer devices are arranged on the top and the bottom of the civil air defense door body between the civil air defense door body and the door frame; at one end away from the rotary part, the side surface of the civil air defense door body is provided with a second buffer device; and a third buffer device is arranged between the upper end of the back surface of the civil air defense door body and the wall body. According to the anti-seismic civil air defense door disclosed by the invention, the first buffer devices and the second buffer device are arranged between the civil air defense door body and the door frame, and the third buffer device is arranged between the civil air defense door body and the wall body; and in a civil air defense door opening and closing process, the civil air defense door has very good buffer anti-seismic property through the multiple buffer devices, is good in protective performance and is long in service life.
