The invention relates to anti-theft equipment for non-motor vehicles and a novel parking lot. In a normal parking state, a signal receiving unit can receive a detection signal sent by a signal transmitting unit; when an illegal person wants to steal a non-motor vehicle, a fixing module is damaged, the signal receiving unit cannot receive the detection signal, and at the moment, an abnormal signalcan be sent to a state reporting module; if the illegal person cuts off the connection between the whole signal detection device and an access control device, the state reporting module cannot send aheartbeat signal periodically, and the state receiving module receives the abnormal signal or does not receive the heartbeat signal within the preset time, a warning signal is sent to a warning moduleso as to enable the warning module to perform safety warning. By the adoption of the technical scheme, a large number of guards do not need to be arranged, so that the manpower cost is saved; meanwhile, non-motor vehicles are effectively prevented from being stolen; physical burglary prevention is concentrated on the entrance and exit gate and only the burglary prevention performance of the gateneeds to be enhanced, so that system reliability is high.
本发明涉及一种非机动车的防盗设备和新型停车场,正常停车状态下,信号接收单元会接收到信号发射单元发送的检测信号,当不法人员想要盗窃非机动车时破坏固定模块,信号接收单元接收不到检测信号,此时可以向状态上报模块发送异常信号;若不法人员切断信号检测装置整体与门禁装置的联系,状态上报模块无法定期发送心跳信号,状态接收模块接收到异常信号或者在预设时间内未接收到心跳信号,则向警戒模块发送警戒信号,以使警戒模块进行安全警戒。采用本发明的技术方案,不需要设置大量的看守人员,在节省人力成本的同时,有效避免非机动车被盗,物理防盗集中在出入口门闸,只需加强门闸的防盗性能即可,系统可靠性高。
