The invention provides a transfer station of underground rail transit and the underground rail transit. The underground rail transit transfer station comprises a first underground floor, a second underground floor, a third underground floor, stairs and vertical elevators. A station hall is arranged on the first underground floor. The second underground layer is located under the first undergroundlayer. A first platform is arranged on the second underground layer. The third underground layer is located under the second underground layer. A second platform is arranged on the third underground layer. The stairways comprise a corner platform, an upper stairway section and a lower stairway section. The top of the upper stairway section is connected with the first platform, and the bottom of the upper stairway section is connected with the corner platform. The top of the lower stairway section is connected with the corner platform, and the bottom of the lower stairway section is connected with the second platform. The vertical elevator is connected with the station hall and the first platform. The vertical elevator and the upper stairway section are arranged side by side in the length direction of the first platform and at the position of the first platform. By improving the utilization rate of the middle space of the first platform, the trafficability of the first platform in the width direction is improved, and therefore the convenience of the transfer station is improved.
