The invention discloses a stray current protection structure for a continuous open caisson method rail transit underground station. A bottom plate steel bar in a bottom plate of each compartment is connected with a bottom plate steel bar in a bottom plate of an adjacent connecting section through an electrical communication device, or the bottom plate steel bar in a bottom plate of another adjacent compartment is connected with the bottom plate steel bar in the bottom plate of the other compartment through an electrical communication device; each electrical communication device comprises an electrical communication end group and a horizontal connecting piece; the four steel bar connecting sleeves of each group of electric conduction end groups are arranged on any two crossed steel bars in the steel bar mesh on the uppermost layer in the corresponding bottom plate steel bars; one end of each end group connecting piece is inserted into a cement structure of a corresponding bulkhead bottom plate or a corresponding connecting section bottom plate and is connected with four corresponding steel bar connecting sleeves, and the other end of each end group connecting piece is connected with a horizontal connecting piece; and each horizontal connecting piece is connected with the other horizontal connecting piece through a self-locking power-on bayonet.
