The neutralizing slag product prepared by the method is doped into cement, and can generate advantage complementation with Portland cement clinker particles in hydration, so that the hydration strength of the cement is improved, the mineral hydration performance of the cement is improved, the water demand of the cement consistency is not increased, and the setting time is in a normal state; theprepared concrete is small in fluidity loss, the slump is increased, and the working degree of concrete construction is met.
