Violet sand earthenware and preparation forming process thereof
The invention provides violet sand earthenware and a preparation forming process thereof. The violet sand earthenware is prepared from the raw materials of old sand, loess and mud; the weight percentage of the old sand is 58%-63%; the weight percentage of the loess is 22%-28%; the weight percentage of the mud is 12%-17%; the contents of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MyO and K2Na2O in the old sand are respectively 25.10%, 68.40%, 2.16%, 2.54%, 0.11% and 1.00%; the contents of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MyO and K2Na2O in the loess are respectively 63.42%, 20.20%, 6.30%, 1.94%, 0.35% and 1.98%. According to the violet sand earthenware and the preparation forming process thereof of the invention, 58%-63% of old sand, 22%-28% of loess and 12%-17% of mud are used as the raw materials of the violet sandearthenware, so that the preparation forming effect of the violet sand earthenware is fundamentally enhanced; and the proportions of the raw materials can be combined in a most reasonably manner. A process, including selecting raw materials according to an equal ratio, washing mud, performing sieving, carrying out ball milling, carrying out pressure filtration and ageing, refining a blank, molding a mold blank, performing drying and firing, and detecting and unloading finished products, is adopted to obtain the violet sand earthenware with favorable high-temperature resistance and thermal stability.
