Microwave dielectric ceramic material, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a microwave dielectric material used as a 5G communication device, and a preparation method and application thereof. The microwave dielectric ceramic material suitable for industrial large-scale production is designed on the basis of industrial electronic-grade raw materials; the sintering temperature of MgTiO3 ceramic is reduced through a simple method, and the good microwave dielectric property of the system is kept; the ceramic material is prepared through the steps of material proportioning, mixing, drying, presintering, ball milling, sanding, spray granulation, green body pressing, sintering and the like. The ceramic material can be used for producing a ceramic dielectric filter for a 5G communication base station antenna. Compared with the prior art, the ceramic material is completely made of industrial electronic-class raw materials; the industrial large-scale production of the ceramic material is realized through fine control of ball milling and sanding granularity and a proper primary pre-sintering temperature process, and compared with foreign similar microwave materials, the microwave dielectric material has an obvious cost advantage.
本发明提供了一种用作5G通讯器件的微波介质材料、制备方法及用途。以工业电子级的原材料为基础,设计出一种适合工业规模化生产的微波介质瓷料,以简单的方法降低MgTiO陶瓷的烧结温度,并保持体系良好的微波介电性能;通过配料、混料、烘干、预烧、球磨、砂磨、喷雾造粒、压制生胚以及烧结等步骤方法制备出该瓷料,该瓷料可以用作生产5G通信基站天线用陶瓷介质滤波器;与现有技术相比,该瓷料全部采用工业电子级原材料;通过对球磨,砂磨粒度的精细控制及适当的一次预烧温度工艺,实现了该瓷料的工业规模化生产,与国外同类微波材料相比,成本优势明显。
