Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material and preparation method of pyrolytic carbon interface layer
The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method of a pyrolytic carbon interface layer. The composite material comprises a carbon fiber reinforcement body, a ceramic matrix and a pyrolytic carbon interface layer; the pyrolytic carbon interface layer is located between the carbon fiber reinforcement body and the ceramic matrix and wraps thecarbon fiber reinforcement body, and the pyrolytic carbon interface layer is formed by depositing pyrolytic carbon on the surface of the carbon fiber reinforcement body through a chemical vapor deposition process. On one hand, mismatching of physical and chemical properties between the reinforcement carbon fiber and the ceramic matrix in the composite material is relieved, and on the other hand,the carbon fiber is protected from being damaged in subsequent preparation of the ceramic matrix. According to the pyrolytic carbon interface layer prepared by the method, the strength and toughness of the composite material are improved, and meanwhile, the fracture behavior of the material is changed from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料及热解碳界面层制备方法,所述复合材料的组成包括碳纤维增强体、陶瓷基体、热解碳界面层,所述热解碳界面层位于碳纤维增强体与陶瓷基体之间并包覆于碳纤维增强体上,所述热解碳界面层采用化学气相沉积工艺在碳纤维增强体表面沉积热解碳形成。本发明一方面缓解了复合材料中增强体碳纤维与陶瓷基体之间的物理和化学性质的不匹配,另一方面保护了碳纤维在后续制备陶瓷基体中免受损害。采用本发明方法制备的热解碳界面层提高了复合材料的强度和韧性,同时使材料的断裂行为由脆性断裂变为韧性断裂。
