Carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite resin carbon interface layer and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite resin carbon interface layer and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of interface layer preparation. The method comprises the following steps: dipping a carbon fiber preform in a KH-550 proportioning solution, and then drying to obtain a pretreated carbon fiber preform; dispersing carboxylated carbon nanotubes in a KH-550 proportioning solution, adding the pretreated carbon fiber preform, dipping, and drying; and dipping, curing and cracking in a phenolic resin ethanol solution to prepare the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite resin carbon interface layer. The liquid phase impregnation method adopted by the invention is based on chemical bonding, and the interface layer is combined with the carbon fibers through certain chemical acting force, so that the mechanical property of the composite material can be effectively optimized. The method solves the problems of complex instruments, high cost and time consumption in preparation of the resin carbon interface layer by the existing liquid phase permeation method.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料树脂碳界面层及其制备方法,涉及界面层制备技术领域。该方法包括以下步骤:将碳纤维预制体在KH‑550配比溶液中浸渍,然后烘干,制得预处理碳纤维预制体;将羧基化碳纳米管分散在KH‑550配比溶液中,加入预处理碳纤维预制体,进行浸渍,烘干;在酚醛树脂乙醇溶液中浸渍,固化和裂解,制得碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料树脂碳界面层。本发明采用的液相浸渍法基于化学键合,界面层通过一定化学作用力与碳纤维结合,能够有效优化复合材料的力学性能。本发明解决了现有液相渗透法制备树脂碳界面层存在仪器复杂、成本较高且耗时的问题。
