The invention discloses a suspension type track panel mounting and adjusting device. The device comprises a main beam, support beams which are arranged at two ends of the main beam, a connecting rod which is connected between the main beam and the supporting beam; the connecting rod is slidably sleeved with a sleeve. A track panel clamping assembly is fixedly connected to the sleeve; the track panel clamping assembly is used for clamping a track web of a track panel. The device further comprises a displacement adjusting assembly, the displacement adjusting assembly is used for adjusting transverse displacement of the sleeve along the connecting rod. The fixing frame is fixedly connected to the outer end of the supporting beam, a height adjusting assembly is arranged on the fixing frame andused for adjusting the height of the supporting beam relative to the fixing frame, and compared with the prior art, installation and adjustment of the groove-shaped track panel can be conveniently and rapidly completed, and the influence on concrete surface finishing of the track bottom position is avoided.
