The invention discloses a track panel adjusting device which comprises a plurality of base horizontal rods arranged in parallel, and further comprises a transverse adjusting device, a longitudinal adjusting device and a height adjusting device, wherein the transverse adjusting device comprises transverse slideways arranged on the top surfaces of the two ends of the base horizontal rods and transverse sliding plates arranged at the tops of the transverse slideways; a transverse moving rod is arranged between the transverse sliding plates on the two sides; the longitudinal adjusting device comprises longitudinal slideways fixedly connected to the top surfaces of the transverse sliding plates and longitudinal sliding plates arranged at the tops of the longitudinal slideways, and a longitudinal moving rod is arranged between longitudinal sliding plates longitudinally adjacent to each other; the height adjusting device is fixedly connected to the top surfaces of the longitudinal sliding plates. According to the track panel adjusting device, the purpose of transversely adjusting a track panel is achieved through the cooperation of the transverse slideways and the transverse sliding plates; the purpose of longitudinally adjusting the track panel is achieved through the cooperation of the longitudinal slideways and the longitudinal sliding plates; finally, the purpose of accurately moving the track panel to a preset position is achieved.
