Color-changeable light-emitting intelligent brick as well as mounting steps and method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent brick installation, and discloses a color-changeable light-emitting intelligent brick and mounting steps and method thereof. The mounting steps comprise the following steps that S1, a mounting groove used for mounting the color-changeable light-emitting intelligent brick is formed in a roadbed; S2, the portion, close to the bottom layer,in the mounting groove is filled with a concrete layer, and a steel plate is embedded in the concrete layer; S3, a buffer layer is embedded in the mounting groove and located over the concrete layer;S4, a sand material layer is filled under the concrete layer, and a waterproof junction box is buried in the sand material layer; and S5, finally, a power line of the light-emitting intelligent brickvertically penetrates downwards, sequentially penetrates through the concrete layer, the steel plate and the sand material layer from top to bottom to reach the position of the waterproof junction box, and is connected with a main power line. The power line vertically penetrates downwards and is connected with the main power line through the waterproof junction box protected by the steel plate, the power line is prevented from being extruded due to bearing, and therefore the problems that in the prior art, the power line is easily damaged and even broken due to hard-to-hard installation are solved.
本发明涉及智能砖安装技术领域,公开了一种可变色发光智能砖及其安装步骤和方法,包括如下步骤:S1:在路基上开设用于安装可变色发光智能砖的安装槽;S2:在安装槽内靠近底层填充有混凝土层,所述混凝土层内嵌设有钢板;S3:在安装槽内且位于所述混凝土层上方嵌设有缓冲层;S4:在混凝土层的下方填充有砂料层,砂料层内埋设有防水接线盒;S5:最后将发光智能砖的电源线垂直下穿,从上至下依次穿过混凝土层、钢板和砂料层到达防水接线盒的位置,与主电源线连接。本发明电源线垂直下穿,并通过用钢板保护的防水接线盒,与主电源线连接,避免了电源线承重而受挤压,从而解决现有技术硬碰硬安装,容易损坏电源线,以至于折断的问题。
