The invention relates to a decorative brick and a manufacturing method and mounting method thereof. The manufacturing method of the decorative brick sequentially comprise the following steps that 90%of soil and 10% of water-soluble additive are provided, and the soil is crushed to form mud powder; the mud powder is dynamically heated and mixed with a surface modifier to form modified soil; the modified soil is mixed with the water-soluble additive, and then the mixture is cured to form a brick body; and a three-dimensional pattern is formed on one side of the brick body, and then the decorative brick is formed. The manufacturing method of the decorative brick is simple, convenient and easy to implement, energy conservation and zero emission are basically achieved, the environment-friendlyperformance is good, and the production cycle is greatly shortened; the decorative brick is soft, rich in elasticity, good in abrasion resistance and texture, high in stereoscopic impression, prominent in pattern, good in visual impression and touch sense, capable of generating the relief effect, high in expressive force and suitable for popularization and application; and the mounting method issimple, the safety is good, parallel flow construction in high and low altitude areas can be achieved at the same time, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is low.
本发明涉及一种装饰砖及其制造方法、安装方法，装饰砖的制造方法，依次包括以下步骤：提供90％的泥土，10％水溶性添加剂，并对泥土进行粉碎形成泥粉；对泥粉进行动态加热，并混合表面改性剂，以形成改性泥土；将改性泥土和水溶性添加剂进行混合，并固化形成砖体；在砖体的一侧形成立体花纹，以形成装饰砖；上述装饰砖的制造方法简单方便且易于实现，基本实现了节能零排放，而且环保性能较好，并且大大缩短生产周期，该装饰砖柔软而富有弹性，耐磨性能及质感较好，立体感强，花纹突出，视觉观感及触感较好，能产生浮雕效果，表现力较强，美观性较好，安装方法较为简单，安全性较好，能够同时实现高、低空区平行流水施工，节约了施工工期，造价较低。
