Method for preventing paving aggregate segregation of asphalt mixture
The invention discloses a method for preventing paving aggregate segregation of an asphalt mixture, which comprises the following steps: determining a pavement area, and detecting a road base; coarse-grained asphalt concrete is paved on the base layer and compacted to form a bottom surface layer, the thickness of the bottom surface layer ranges from 5 cm to 6 cm, and the maximum aggregate particlesize of the coarse-grained asphalt concrete ranges from 26.5 mm to 28 mm; paving fine-grained asphalt concrete on the base layer; compacting to form an upper surface layer; wherein the thickness of the upper surface layer is 8-14 cm, the maximum aggregate particle size of the fine-grained asphalt concrete is 9.5-11 mm, 5% by weight of a modifier is doped into the fine-grained asphalt concrete, and the modifier comprises polysulfide, an affinity group additive, sodium hydrogen sulfite, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium tetraborate. A two-layer structure is adopted, a modifier is added to an upper layer, the segregation stability of asphalt concrete is improved, the segregation phenomenon is reduced, and the paving quality of an asphalt pavement is improved.
本发明公开了一种沥青混合料防止摊铺骨料离析的方法,包括以下步骤:确定路面区域,检测道路基层;在基层上摊铺粗粒式沥青混凝土,进行压实形成底面层,所述底面层的厚度在5至6厘米,所述粗粒式沥青混凝土的最大集料粒径为26.5mm至28mm;在基层上摊铺细粒式沥青混凝土,进行压实形成上面层,所述上面层的厚度为8至14厘米,所述细粒式沥青混凝土的最大集料粒径为9.5mm至11mm,所述细粒式沥青混凝土中掺入5%重量份的改性剂,改性剂包括:多硫化物、亲和基团添加剂、亚硫酸氢钠、三聚磷酸钠、四硼酸钠。其采用两层结构,上面层加入改性剂,提高沥青混凝土的离析稳定性,减小离析现象,提高沥青路面铺设质量。
