The invention provides an environment-friendly high-performance long-service-life pavement structure and a construction method, relates to the technical field of highway and municipal engineering, andcan reduce the material consumption, reduce the manufacturing cost, improve the crack resistance and prolong the service life of a pavement. The pavement structure is of a layered structure and sequentially comprises a wearing layer in the thickness of 0.5-3 cm, a bearing layer in the thickness of 8-20 cm and a semi-rigid base layer in the thickness of 32-40 cm from top to bottom. A bonding layerbetween the wearing layer and the bearing layer is a modified emulsified asphalt bonding layer; the wearing layer is any one selected from AC asphalt concrete, SMA asphalt concrete, an OGFC drainagepavement material, a micro-surfacing, an ultra-thin wearing layer and NovaChip; the semi-rigid base layer is a low-crack cement stabilized macadam semi-rigid base layer; and the bearing layer is madeof coarse-grained asphalt concrete and/or medium-grained asphalt concrete. The technical scheme provided by the invention is suitable for the pavement paving process.
本发明提供了一种环保型高性能长寿命路面结构及施工方法,涉及公路和市政工程技术领域,能够减少材料用量,降低造价,提高抗裂性能,延长路面使用寿命;该路面结构为层状结构,从上往下依次包括厚度为0.5‑3cm的磨耗层、厚度为8‑20cm的承重层以及厚度为32‑40cm的半刚性基层;所述磨耗层和所述承重层之间的粘结层为改性乳化沥青粘层;磨耗层为AC沥青混凝土、SMA沥青混凝土、OGFC排水路面材料、微表处、极薄磨耗层和NovaChip中的任意一种;半刚性基层为低裂水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层;承重层的材料为粗粒式沥青混凝土和/或中粒式沥青混凝土。本发明提供的技术方案适用于路面铺筑的过程中。
