The invention relates to an environment-friendly economical ultrathin pavement high-performance mixture and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly economical ultrathin pavement high-performance mixture is mainly prepared from a binding material, aggregate and filler in a mass ratio of (6.28-6.48):(68-100):(0.1-0.8), wherein the binding material is formed by mixing rubber asphalt and a high-viscoelastic modified polymer granular additive in a mass ratio of 5.48 : (0.8-1.0). The surface texture structure is rough, drainage is easy, sliding resistance and noise reduction are achieved, and meanwhile good temperature stability and water stability are achieved.
