The invention discloses a modular single-slit type telescopic device capable of being locally replaced. The device is formed through arranging a plurality of standardized assemblies in the length direction of the expansion joint. The standardized assembly comprises two side beams and a water stop belt. The two side beams are fixedly arranged on the two anchoring steel plates respectively; the twoanchoring steel plates are respectively arranged on the two precast blocks; the two prefabricated blocks are respectively arranged in the L-shaped notches in the end parts of the two prefabricated T-shaped beams; a transverse joint is formed between the precast block and the vertical part of the L-shaped notch; an embedded sleeve with an upward opening and a threaded hole is embedded in the precast block; holes are formed in anchoring steel plates, the anchoring steel plates and the precast blocks are connected by penetrating bolts through the holes and screwing the bolts into the pre-embeddedsleeves through threads; joint steel bars capable of connecting the prefabricated T beams and the prefabricated blocks into a whole are arranged in the transverse joints, a steel bar mesh is horizontally laid between the middle of the side beam side facing the vertical portion of the L-shaped notch and the vertical portion of the L-shaped notch, and a concrete body is poured in the L-shaped notchbetween the side beam and the prefabricated T beams. When the device is damaged, only the damaged part needs to be replaced, and continuous replacement can be achieved.
