The invention discloses a fire-resistant stay cable structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The fire-resistant stay cable structure comprises a combined structure of a steel wire bundle, a wrapping tape, a (high polyethylene sheath), a fire-resistant heat preservation and insulation layer (the outer side surface is coated with a waterproof coating), a hot melting wrapping tape and a (fiber cloth poly-high polyethylene sheath). Wherein the inner layer is composed of steel wire bundles, a wrapping tape and a high polyethylene sheath, the middle layer is composed of a fireproof heat preservation and insulation layer and a waterproof coating, and the outer layer is composed of a hot melting wrapping tape and a fiber cloth high polyethylene sheath. Through the cable structure, the purposes of water resistance, weather resistance, flame retardance, fire resistance and heat insulation are achieved.
